This Privacy Policy explains how Janus & Frigg LLC ("Janus & Frigg," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information obtained through www.janusandfrigg.com (the "Website") and through email sent to inquiries@janusandfrigg.com.

It governs the Website and initial inquiries only. Information you provide after you engage Janus & Frigg for services is governed by your written engagement agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this Policy.

Information you provide. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever else you include in the message. If you submit a form on the Website, we receive the fields you complete.

Information collected automatically. Our website host records standard technical data when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and date and time of access. This data is used to deliver the Website, maintain its security, and diagnose technical problems.

What we do not collect. The Website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. 6. CRM and Marketing Communications

When you contact us directly by email, we add your name and email address, and any other contact details you provide, to our CRM. We may use that information to send you communications about Janus & Frigg, including updates and information about our services.

Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may also opt out at any time by writing to inquiries@janusandfrigg.com. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. If you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages related to an existing or prospective engagement, and we may keep a record of your opt-out so that we honor it.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and CRM information for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, and satisfy legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Upon your request, we will delete your information from our CRM, except where retention is required by law or necessary to document your opt-out.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Pennsylvania law and other applicable law.

request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion of your information; or
opt out of marketing communications.

We will respond within a reasonable period and, in any event, within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Pennsylvania does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. We extend these choices to all visitors as a matter of policy, regardless of residence.

Do Not Track. The Website does not engage in tracking that varies with browser "Do Not Track" signals, because we do not track visitors across websites or services.
